PULL-UPS I DO: One arm pull-ups (OK, they are assisted
but always a crowd pleaser), close grip chins, (the bread and butter...good for your arms), semi supinated close grip (I can
literally do these all day long they are so easy for me), wide grip pull-ups (no two ways about it the BAD ASS of the pull-up
world), traveling pull-ups (like when you were a kid and you traveled across the bars), legs pointed to the ceiling pull-ups
(great for working the romboids extra hard), legs up and pointed horizontally from your waist pull-ups (these are hard and
