PR:  1,210 mixed grip pull-ups, chins and semi-supinated in 80 minutes

PR:  148 pull-ups in 10 minutes


I currently train 6 days a week. I also make sure to have at least two sessions dedicated to pull-up training. I am keeping this website up and running in the hopes that it will inspire and motivate the 50 plus crowd to continue training hard and to keep chasing their dreams.
